From a dairy farm in County Laois, I studied Ag Science in UCD, finishing in 2016.

During this time I was introduced to Kiwi style farming in Greenfields Kilkenny as well as spending time working for other top dairy, beef and pig farmers.

I moved to Scotland for a position as dairy assistant in Cumrue for a year which has since turned into four and counting.
