From a small town called Bala in North Wales, started farming on a family beef and sheep farm. Went to agriculture college and grew an interest in the dairy industry. Dairy farmed on a spring calving farm in north Wales and then an autumn high input farm before travelling to New Zealand in 2018. Worked on a spring calving farm in NZ for a year before managing the farm for a further 2years.

Joined Farming Partners in 2021 as an assistant farm manager before becoming a manager/ share farmer in 2023 at Nether Garrel.
